Spanning three floors, Kubaba presents a unique vision of Mediterranean and Levantine cuisine — generous, vibrant, and deeply rooted.
Here, a meal is conceived as a communal experience where dishes arrive in procession. From the moment you’re welcomed, the bread — served warm — becomes a ritual. A simple yet essential gesture. Our cuisine draws on festive Levantine traditions—those of large, shared tables, celebrations, and meals that bring people together.

Spanning 360 m² across three floors, Kubaba offers a unique take on Mediterranean and Levantine cuisine. The tone is set right from the entrance, with an open kitchen, a long, upholstered bar, and a spacious dining room that can accommodate up to 100 guests. Here, dining is communal, joyful, and always lively.
More subdued, the first floor opens onto an intimate dining room that invites guests to experience a completely different atmosphere, accommodating up to 35 people. And at the very top, a khaïma seems to suspend time, with fabrics cascading down the walls to create a sensuous cocoon, perfect for intimate conversations...
GROUPS: For groups of more than 10 people, we offer several menus tailored to your preferences.
PRIVATE EVENTS: Whether you’d like to book the venue entirely or just part of it, during the week or on the weekend, Kubaba can accommodate up to 150 guests for a cocktail reception and 160 guests for a sit-down dinner. The possibilities are endless—just let us know what you have in mind!
